The Netwise-Praksis methodology consists of four primary phases, which are designed to retain a laser-like focus on the issues the solution should address, maximize communications with the client and effectively leverage the skills set of our team members.
Understanding your business and your brand
is the critical first step. We work with you to clearly understand
your immediate needs and long-term goals, the competitive
landscape, and your operating and technical environments. |
What will the solution be? Who will use
it and how? How will it work? After we agree on project objectives,
we define the functional, technical, and creative requirements.
We document each step and work with you to refine them. |
After launch and handover, we monitor
and analyze how the solution performs against the success
criteria we defined in the previous phases. We also complete
documentation for the project and present our thoughts on
how to approach the next generation of the solution. |
Once the structural basics
are in place, we complete information, interaction, and interface
design. We develop content and decide on the technology architecture.
We then start to build the final product. If required, we
integrate the solution with your existing systems. We test
and quality assure the deliverable. |
